This product is a concentrated, high quality, super high protein powder. It is used to get protein into the body. The Protein Efficiency Ratio is 2.6. One ounce of Super Hi-Pro provides 21 grams of pure protein. Super Hi-Pro is used by professional athletes, hospitals, convalescent homes, and nursing homes. You can use Super Hi-Pro to supplement patient meals, such as mixing into mashed potatoes, cereal, pancakes, meatloaf and other food items. It can also be mixed in beverages or oral supplements to provide increased protein intake. Super Hi-Pro is unflavored. Extra nutritional value is received from the added vitamins and minerals. The use of this product can be both as a main source of food value or as a supplement. The source of protein is casein, which is the protein extracted from cows milk. Casein is a more complete protein than soy protein and contains the essential amino acids. Because the protein is extracted, the lactose and cholesterol found in dairy solids are not present.
